  1. To establish and manage an investor's investment in Lendlease funds
  2. To provide investment management services to that investor.

  4. Professional advisors (including without limitation tax, legal or other corporate advisors who provide professional services to the Lendlease Group); and
  5. Third-party suppliers for business administration and IT purposes.


 

If an investor does not provide any of the information requested, Lendlease may be unable to establish or manage an investor’s investment or provide investment management services.

By providing personal information to Lendlease, the investor consents to:

  • Any personal data provided being held on the system;
  • Lendlease processing the personal information for Site management purposes and purposes related to the funds or investment itself including account administration, the production and mailing of unit holder and investor statements, or as required by law or by relevant taxation authorities;
  • Lendlease making such personal information (other than password details) available to those parties noted in the table above;
  • Lendlease monitoring and recording the investor’s use of the Site;
  • The transfer of the personal information to a country or territory outside Australia if necessary, on the basis outlined in Lendlease’s privacy policy;
  • Lendlease retaining the personal information on the basis outlined in Lendlease’s privacy policy.
