By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The LOGOS Group may amend these Terms of Use at any time and require you to confirm acceptance of same. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, you will not be permitted to use the Website.
This website may contain information intended for the financial service clients of LOGOS Investment Manager Pty Ltd (ACN 623 281 345, AFSL 425272) and LOGOS Investment Management Pty Ltd (ACN 602 048 082, CAR 1260636). 2. The Website
The Website is a portal allowing LOGOS’ customers (investors) to access documents uploaded by LOGOS.
You agree that the LOGOS Group takes no responsibility or liability for any misconduct of those using the Website, including any person who obtains access under false pretences or who attempts to defraud you.
The LOGOS Group does not warrant that:
- the information available to you through the Website is always up to date or accurate
- you will have 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, access to the Website
- the services provided on the Website will be error free
- data you transmit via the Website is totally secure
The LOGOS Group may at any time add, remove, change or impose restrictions on the functionality of the Website and/or take the Website down for maintenance purposes without limitation and without recourse by you.
3. Use of the Website
The content and information on the Website, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to the LOGOS Group or its suppliers and providers.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the Website and indemnify the LOGOS Group for any claim made against it, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website.
4. Security
The LOGOS Group will create separate accounts for each person authorised by the customer (investor) to access the Website. You will be required to provide us with a valid email address that will be used as your sole user name to login to the Website. You will be responsible for setting your own password and it is your responsibility to keep your password safe and secure. You must not share your password with any other person, including within your organisation. After you have finished using the Website, you must ensure that you log off.
You must notify the LOGOS Group via [email protected] when an individual is no longer authorised to use the Website (e.g. end of employment). The LOGOS Group is not responsible for unauthorised use by persons no longer authorised by you to have access to the Website.
If you believe your user name and password has become known to persons not authorised to access the Website on your behalf, please contact us immediately by telephone on +61 2 8197 3906 or email at [email protected] during business hours in Sydney, Australia. The LOGOS Group is not responsible for unintended or unauthorised use of your user name or password or any resulting access of the Website.
The LOGOS Group may, in its sole discretion, revoke or suspend your access to the Website immediately if you breach these Terms of Use.

To the extent permitted by law, the LOGOS Group:
- disclaims all warranties, terms and conditions with regard to the Website and the services offered, including all implied warranties, and conditions, of suitable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement
- is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, however caused (including negligence), which may be directly or indirectly suffered, in connection with use of the Website
- excludes liability (whether that liability arises under contract, tort (including negligence) or statute) for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including without limitation loss of revenue and loss of, or damage to, data) suffered or incurred in connection with the Website
Without limiting the general disclaimer, the LOGOS Group:
- will not be liable for disruptions to the Website
- is not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with use of the Website. You must take your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for use from the Website is free of viruses or anything else that may interfere with or damage the operation of your computer systems
To the extent permitted by law, the LOGOS Group is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any other clients or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
6. General
By registering for use of the Website you warrant that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use the Website in accordance with all terms herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of the Website.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website and App. Use of the Website and App is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms of Use, including without limitation this paragraph.
